An Elephant and a Peacock.....
Wish you a HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!

I couldn't let you miss out on the cutest little trick or treaters I've ever seen! We had a great Halloween week. If you haven't noticed, I love traditions, and Halloween is full of them around here. We went to the annual Trunk or Treat on Friday night at the church, and then Sunday we made home made doughnuts. Today I had preschool at my house first, we read all kinds of Halloween stories and finger painted pumpkins. Then we went to a friends house for a dinner of WORMS, FLAKY SKIN, VAMPIRE DELIGHT, and BEEDY LITTLE EYES!! OOOh Tastey! Then it was off trick or treating! What fun! I can't wait to see everyone's costumes on the blogs!

P.S. I have to say that I was a bit shocked at how realistic the "Fake" wounds are now days.... I almost got sick looking at a couple of beat-up princesses that came a knocking tonight!
P.P.S. Liv got really into Halloween this year and dressed up as 3 different things! an Elephant, a princess and an Indian. She also discovered her FAVORITE candy is YORK PEPPERMINT PATTIES! So Cute! And this one for old times sake!
(notice Liv's hair fit into 5 different ponytails for the occasion....Gwen's doesn't even fit into 1....=0)

So cute, Betsy! I love the peacock costume. And how fun that you made home-made doughnuts. I remember going to Trent's house when I was little and his mom always made those! Yum!

I love the peacock costume too. How fun that Gwen can wear Liv's costumes again. I want more details on the halloween food. What were they? Flaky skin? Crossaints are what come to mind, but I'm curious to know what everything was.

Hey Betsy-
Did you make the costumes? I just love the peacock!
I need to post my Halloween pics. My life is lived week to week. We're leaving for Utah Saturday morning (what was I thinking booking a 6:25 AM flight?!?)
Hope ya'll are doing well! I'm completely jealous of the fall there!

Okay, so that peacock outfit is to die for. It is so unique and so beautiful. Just love all those pictures. Also Livs Elephant costume, totally reminds me of Lorelei in her Elephant costume when she was 1. So dang cute.
