Christmas Cruise
So, we decided to skip the whole "White Christmas" thing this year and we went on a Christmas Cruise. It was my first cruise and I am definitely converted. I must admit, I was nervous to take the girls on such an adventure, but it turned out to be the perfect toddler friendly vacation. Liv loved the pools. We spent all of our time on the boat swimming. Unless, of course, we were eating. YUM!
The second we got on board,
we dashed up to the pools to enjoy some
sunlight. Can you tell Liv loved it?

We Spent day #2 of our cruise (Christmas Eve) at Key West
Here is the fam in front of our ship.
In our search for sunglasses, we couldn't
help but stop at the hat shop. Liv sang us
one of her favorites,
"Happy birthday to your cake"
Santa came Christmas morning and gave Liv this monkey flashlight.
Ironically, she had seen this monkey on TV once while we were there
and had been asking us for days if she could watch her "Blue monkey" She was thrilled.
Christmas Dinner, all dressed up and ready to dine.
We got to try out hand at rock climbing
And Juggling. I was a natural, of course.
These are the people who served us our feast every night. Liv loved them because they never failed to serve her an ice cream and cookie sundae. (which she lovingly termed the "Merry Christmas"). Thanks Inga and Floyd.
Sadly, Day #4 This is as close as we got to Cayman. The water was too choppy, and we
couldn't get to shore.
We quickly got over it and spent another day in the sun.
Liv even napped at the poolside. If you look carefully, you can see her legs poking out beneath the mound on my stomach.
As all good things, yes this too had to end. We were pooped.
