Fourth of July weekend is our favorite of the year.
This time around, we spent it without our girls.
They were busy having fun with Grandma and Papa.
Brad, Beckham and I made the most of our solo time together.

We ate our traditional Breakfast at the lake.
Brad treated us to a spectacular light show, and later that night we drove out to the middle of the lake and floated around on the boat (along with 100 or so other boats) while we watched the fireworks go off overhead. Beckham loved them and gave us sound effects, oohs and aahhs with each one.
