Great Children's Books
My mom and I took the kids to the Library and to Border's today. I was amazed at how hard it was to find great Children's books. I decided that the best way to find them is to get suggestions from other people. I know you have great ideas. Will you please leave a comment here with a list of books you love to read your kids, or have them read?? THANK YOU!!!

Hi Betsy! We love books by Amy Krouse Rosenthal- such as Little Pea, Little Hoot, Cookies: bite-sized lessons, & One of Those Days. They are fun to read & have great messages for kids:)
I love books by David Shannon, like "Temporary Fairy" is probably the favorite of the girls I nanny. But all of his h=books are really fun!!
I just read "A Girl and her Gator" by Sean Bryan and Tom Murphy. It was cute and genuinely funny, even to me!
I think she will enjoy the Fancy Nancy books. Jessica loves them still!
Another of our favorites are the "Mercy Watson" books.
One of my favorite children's book is called "Library Lion"...no idea who it's by.
Thank you everybody! I will definitely start looking these up!
Pinkalicious! I love that one. And Harry the Dirty Dog. Oh, and my kids really like Charlie and Lola. I think they're just eh, but for some reason my kids LOVE them.
Hi Betsy! I've heard great thing about the Magic Treehouse series for Liv/Karsten's age. We checked one out today for the first time so I'll let you know how it is!
