Yes it has happened. Liv lost her first tooth! It's been a little bit wiggly for a while now. Tuesday morning she made it a lot more wiggly while opening a yogurt cup with her teeth and it hurt her. She let me know that she wanted Brad to pull it out for her at her cleaning appointment that afternoon. SO, out it came. I am feeling pretty sentimental about it. When Liv showed it to me in her hand, I saw just how sweet and tiny it was. I had to say goodbye and I felt way more sad about it than I've ever felt about first hair cuts. It has been with us since she was 4 months old!Liv is pretty excited about the whole thing and tells me over and over that she is, "so glad she has a hole there now." Her class has been learning about teeth and she also informed me that the reason they are learning about teeth is because she lost hers =0). She also showed me today that the tooth next to it is wiggly too, I'm trying to cope!
I love her note to the tooth fairy. I asked her if she wanted to write one and she said "Yes" and she came up with it all on her own:
"Toothfery a you so happee with my toof, is not yelo, Fum Liv."
Translation: Tooth Fairy are you so happy with my tooth? It's not yellow. From Liv.

She's growing up so fast!
Oh my goodness! As the picture was loading on the screen I was wondering if I would see a tooth missing and sure enough! I can't believe she lost a tooth already! I understand the sentimentalism of it all though. They are our first born and they are growing up too fast.
it is hard to believe you are starting to have kids loose there teeth. She still looks like a princess though.
This makes her look too old! I'm not ready for that.
The tooth fairy she drew is precious!
that little story is a treasure, you are going to be so glad you had it here!!!

Holy cow, a little young, very exciting! What did the tooth fairy leave her?
I can't believe Liv lost her first tooth already. Nate is still hanging on to all of his!
What a cute letter to the tooth fairy.
