Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Ooh, this is so yummy! It is my sister Angi's recipe, and you definitely need to adopt it into your Thanksgiving feast!

1 bag fresh cranberries
1 apple, cored and quartered
1 orange, peeled and quartered
about 1/2 -1 cup sugar (to taste)

Put the cranberries, apple, and orange in your food processor, process and then add sugar to taste.

Thats it! Easy, and DELICIOUS! We even ate it last night on Pork Chops, and it was a hit!

Happy Eating!!

We use this recpe too! So much better than the jiggly, jellied stuff. Very refreshing.

Question-
Can I make this a day or two before Thanksgiving? Does it keep in the fridge well?
Just trying to cut down on things I have to do Thursday!
Thanks for the idea!

Thanks Betsy! I made it yesterday. There was so much- I was able to share some with two of our neighbors. I'm the star of Thanksgiving here.
THANKS FOR SHARING!
